Important Points:
1) నియోజకవర్గానికి 3000 చొప్పున లబ్దిదారులకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సాయం అందించనుంది.
2) మహిళల పేరు మీదే గృహలక్ష్మి ఆర్థికసాయం అందిస్తారు.
3) రేషన్ కార్డు, ఓటరు గుర్తింపు కార్డు, ఆధార్ కార్డు, ఇంటి స్థలం దస్తావేజులు, సహా ఇతరపత్రాలను జత చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
4) గృహలక్ష్మి పథకం కింద 4 లక్షల మందికి ఇంటి నిర్మాణానికి ఆర్థిక సాయం చేస్తాం.
Under the Telangana Griha Lakshmi Yojana, the Telangana Government will provide a financial assistance of Rs. 3,00,000/- for construction of house.
For Eligible candidates Government of telangana provided 3 Lakhs Installment Basic, Financial assistance under Griha Lakshmi Yojana of Telangana will be provided in 3 installments mentioned below:-
- Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided at the basement level stage.
- Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided at the roof led stage.
- Rs. 1,00,000/- to be provided at the stage of completion.

TS Gruhalakhsmi Scheme 2023 Guidelines
The house shall be named after in the name of women.
2 room house with RCC framed structure shall be constructed along with the toilet.
The Telangana State Housing Cooperative Limited Director will issue necessary operational guidelines for execution of gruhalakshmi scheme time to time.
Field inspections are scheduled to conclude by August 20.
Final selection of beneficiaries by August 25.
